Although at Gramco we apply an original methodology based on years of actual results to help clients establish their brands, we are careful not to force our various projects into a fixed pattern. We view each individual corporation as a distinct entity and each project as similarly unique, requiring different measures for optimal results. For this reason, we assign a project manager to work with and guide each client resolutely toward the long-term process goals. (Thus we apply Brand OneTM as our standard workflow, as shown below).
Our current client list includes a dozen or so client corporations with which we have maintained partnerships continuously for over 10 years. And we take pride in the fact that this ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients is due to the exceptional sincerity and enthusiasm with which we respond to their needs as well as to our success in finding appropriate answers to the issues facing them as they arise. It would not be too much to say that each effort toward brand establishment represents a new challenge inspired by a dream.
